The StageSource Theater Conference: Reframing Success

On June 29th StageSource is holding the StageSource Theater Conference at A.R.T.’s Loeb Drama Center. The theme of the conference is “Reframing Success”, and details are included on our website. You may also register here. It is going to be a full day of rethinking, conversations, strategic thinking, learning, and celebrating the Theater Hero. The programming committee is working very hard to make sure elements of the day speak to every constituency of StageSource, from the individual artist to the managing director of an established company, with everyone in between.

You need to be there.

Our membership is comprised of both individual artists and organizations. While not everyone in the New England theater community is a member of StageSource, we do have every sort of member. StageSource has three areas of focus:

  • Supporting our Members
  • Collaboration and Innovation
  • Raising the Community’s Profile

The conference is an opportunity to serve all three areas. It provides networking opportunities and workshops to help in professional development for our members. As a community, by engaging in conversations around Diversity/Inclusion/Gender Parity, Space, New Work, Arts Activism, and Growth and Success, and other topics that come out of the day, we can explore opportunities to collaborate on actions steps together. And all of the elements of the day, including who will be in the room, raise the profile of the community.

The success of the day depends on the people in the room.

You need to be there.

June 29, 2013. Register here. Register today.
